Types of Venture Capitalists & Investors

1. Early Stage Investors (Seed & Pre series A) - Invests in early stage companies with early revenues. Their investments range from $200k to $1M.  

2. Angel Investors (Seed) - Invests in early stage companies with early or pre revenue. Their investments range from $50k to $500k.  

3. Mid Stage Investors - Invests in revenue generating startups with revenue's from $1M+. Investments range from $5M to $15M

4. Late Stage Investors - Invests in revenue generating startups with revenue's from $10M+. Investments range from $10M to $500M

5. Private Equity - Invests in companies generating revenue's from $20M+. Investments range from $50M to No Limit

6. Family Offices - Invests in companies generating revenue's from $10M+. Investments range from $50M to $100M

Investors have their investment criteria defined as per the industry, sector, startup revenue, geography etc. In PSI we work with all of the above investors. For funding process investors are shortlisted from our database depending on our portfolio company's sector, funding ask, geography and revenue. Once the investors are shortlisted, our team will then send warm introduction email to the relevant investors. Interested investors will have call with the founders and close the deal.
